Free scraper track – even in winter!
Our electrical engineers and experts ensure the appropriate temperature of the running surface of your scraper in a cost-efficient manner.
Whether you select a small on-site control or an integration in the existing control cabinet system with a connection to state-of-the-art process control systems via PLC – a specially developed moisture and temperature sensor in combination with the special shape of our scraper track cover ensure that only minimum energy supply is required.
You can rely on ensured winter operation.

Cost-efficient ice removal
Of course, heatable scraper tracks make winter operation a lot easier. The fact, however, that no external energy sources are required and thus the operating costs of a heating system of this kind are virtually zero, is new. Both pictures show a plant like this; this one has been in operation since 2008 and has been tried and tested successfully in comprehensive tests.
You can rely on ensured winter operation. Less than 150 operating hours a year with an energy consumption of approx. 25 Watt per cable and running metre is an absolutely realistic assumption for our state-of-the-art plants.
