From 17 to 25 June 2009, the purification plant of the city of Felsenberg on an area of almost 500 sq m was renovated by our experts with SIVV certificate. Comprehensive concrete repair work was conducted at the gutter and a scraper track heating system, pronged sills as well as the scrum board were completely manufactured and installed.
What is special about this: All construction work was conducted during operation without emptying the tank. Thanks to the coordinated use of our special vehicles equipped with pumps, there was absolutely no downtime.
Of course, heatable scraper tracks make winter operation a lot easier. The fact, however, that no external energy sources are required and thus the operating costs of a heating system of this kind are virtually zero, is new.
